Urgent requirement: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Washington County, Minnesota. You will be based on a bridge and infrastructure project. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • A good head for heights for tower crane work The role involves: • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger Overtime paid at a premium rate.
