What we are looking for: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Your main tasks: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Clear and reset tables between covers • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments 3+ years on the tools preferred. £1,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
