Tandoor cook wanted in Crane County

Join our team: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Crane County, Texas. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. On the job you will handle: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Six days a week, one day off.
