Canteen cook wanted in Mobbar

Vacancy available: we are hiring a canteen cook in Mobbar, Borno State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 4+ years on the tools preferred.
