Day-to-day duties: • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint Ideal candidate: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Performance bonus on top of base pay.
