Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Kossuth County, Iowa. Day to day you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
