Canteen cook wanted in Summit County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Summit County, Utah. Your main tasks: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
