Trainee butcher • Cherokee County, Oklahoma

We are recruiting: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Cherokee County, Oklahoma. Day to day you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
