Catering cook wanted in Centre County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Centre County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. The role involves prepare the mise en place before each service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Rotating shifts.
