Now hiring: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Dorset, England. Day-to-day duties: • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up Ideal candidate: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances Pay around £2,900 per month, based on your experience.
