Grill cook wanted in Zing

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Zing, Taraba State. You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer ₦1,700 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
