Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Irele, Ondo State. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around ₦11,000 per day, based on your experience.
