PVC profile cutter • Shani, Borno State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Shani, Borno State. You will work in the profile cutting and welding bay. Day-to-day duties: • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees What we are looking for: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine 3+ years on the tools preferred.
