Commis chef wanted in Boripe

Great opportunity: we are hiring a commis chef in Boripe, Osun State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
