We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Marshall County, Oklahoma. You will work at a wholesale meat market. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day The role involves: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
