Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Keweenaw County, Michigan. You will work at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
