Urgent requirement: catering cook (Kogi State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
