On the job you will handle: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Season and marinate meat on request • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. ₦190,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
