Food and beverage server wanted in Kusilvak Census Area

Immediate opening: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Kusilvak Census Area, Alaska. You will work in a five-star hotel. The role involves handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits.
