We are recruiting: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Uttarkashi, State of Uttarakhand. Your main tasks: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Clear and reset tables between covers • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager We are looking for ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts; basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness; familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
