Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Your main tasks: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Season and marinate meat on request At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
