Lawn care technician — Highlands County

Join our team: we are hiring a lawn care technician in Highlands County, Florida. The job is on the grounds of a hotel resort. On the job you will handle: • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers You should have: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance Meals and transport allowance provided.
