The role involves: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 2+ years on the tools preferred.
