Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner You will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; check back during the meal and handle special requests.
