Finish carpenter wanted in Orsu

Now hiring: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Orsu, Imo State. The job is at a kitchen and furniture manufacturer. On the job you will handle: • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
