Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Day to day you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders.
