Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Sharp County, Arkansas. The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 5+ years on the tools preferred.
