You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling On a typical shift you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
