Tandoor cook — Gwaram

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Gwaram, Jigawa State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat.
