Crane operator wanted in Alexander County

Now hiring: we are hiring a crane operator in Alexander County, Illinois. The job is in a steel fabrication workshop. The role involves climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift. Requirements: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Current medical and eyesight certificate Full-time with occasional weekends.
