Join our team: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Yorro, Taraba State. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Requirements: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols On a typical shift you will feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
