Canteen cook — Douglas County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Douglas County, Illinois. The job is at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Your main tasks: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Rotating shifts.
