Catering cook wanted in Oredo

Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Oredo, Edo. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer ₦80,000 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
