We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Warawa, Kano State. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream We offer ₦110,000 per month plus benefits.
