Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh. Day to day you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Ideally you have accurate at weighing and following recipes; able to work early-morning and night shifts; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens. Six days a week, one day off.
