The role involves lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; check back during the meal and handle special requests; clear and reset tables between covers; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
