We are recruiting: sheet metal welder (Kano State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Rano, Kano State. The job is on a structural steel site. Your main tasks: • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
