Join our team: we are hiring a short order cook in Scurry County, Texas. The job is at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
