Immediate opening: chef de partie (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a chef de partie in Cherokee County, Texas. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
