On the job you will handle: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Performance bonus on top of base pay.
