Fine-dining server — Tarka

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Tarka, Benue State. On a typical shift you will raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. You should have: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform We offer ₦6,500 per day plus benefits.
