Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Dudley, England. What we are looking for: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work The role involves: • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. £16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
