Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Cardiff, Wales. Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges On the job you will handle: • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes Full-time, day shift.
