Powder coating line operator wanted in Ellis County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Ellis County, Texas. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Your main tasks: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
