Urgent requirement: tower crane operator (Tennessee)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Hamilton County, Tennessee. You will be based in a steel fabrication workshop. The role involves: • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block What we are looking for: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Six days a week, one day off.
