Urgent requirement: plant operator (Washington)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator in Whatcom County, Washington. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site On a typical shift you will track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance. 6+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
