Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Omala, Kogi State. The job is at a fast-food outlet. You will prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer ₦295,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
