Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
