Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials.
