Fry cook wanted in Yauri

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Yauri, Kebbi State. Your main tasks: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
